A group of people in Skipton met in November 2025 to discuss what can be done to show support for Ukraine. As a first activity they decided to begin collections to take to Ukraine via a Centre – Chorley and District Support for Ukraine.

Collections are scheduled for December and January. Items needed are medical supplies including crutches, wheelchairs etc, candle wax, old spectacles, warm clothes, blankets etc.
